Sumit’s Webshots, as the name suggests, is an album manager developed for picture management solution. Although a lot of high level applications are available for this task, this was just a small experiment by me to develop the application in Java. It took me about 2 weeks and the application was then ready to use. The features available are :
- Create your albums and manage pictures according to your preference.
- Set a personalised comment and link an audio file with every picture.
- See the pictures in a particular album through a slide show. Customise slide show by enabling or disabling playing of audio files and displaying comment during its execution.
This software needs Java Runtime Environment in order to run properly.
